As at 31 July 2023, the issued share capital of CAB Payments Holdings plc comprised 254,143,218 ordinary shares with a par value of 0.033⅓ per share, each with one vote. No Treasury shares are held. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CAB Payments Holdings plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. 

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.
