Holding in Company
The Company has been notified today by Cavendish Asset Management that it holds 64,413,678 Ordinary Shares (as originally notified on 22 January 2018) representing 9.93 per cent. of the issued share capital of Cabot Energy. The notification made on 5 February 2018 resulted from a reporting error and Cavendish's holding has not changed since the previous notification of 22 January 2018.
