17 April 2018 - C4X Discovery Holdings plc (AIM: C4XD), a pioneering drug discovery company, announces that Dr Clive Dix, Chief Executive Officer, yesterday purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 101.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Dealing"). Following the Dealing, Dr Clive Dix holds 1,344,936 Ordinary Shares, which represents an interest in 2.89% of the Company's issued share capital.
