Bezant (AIM: BZT), the AIM quoted copper-gold exploration and development company has been notified that Mr Colin Bird, Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.002 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on Friday 27 May 2022 at an avarege price of 0.1339 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Colin Bird holds a beneficial interest in 163,125,655 Ordinary Shares representing 3.24 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
