NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
25 June 2025
The Company was notified that Sam Mudd, Chief Executive Officer, exercised options over a total of 181,257 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") under the BTG Performance Share Plan. Ms. Mudd then immediately disposed of 85,812 Ordinary Shares acquired under the exercises in order to meet the taxation arising on the exercises.
The Company was further notified that Paul Emms, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"), exercised options over a total of 163,749 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") under the BTG Performance Share Plan. Mr. Emms then immediately disposed of 77,524 Ordinary Shares acquired under the exercises in order to meet the taxation arising on the exercises.
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
