Following the announcement made yesterday by Pod Point Group Holdings plc ("Pod Point") with regard to its admission to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market, Bytes notes that Erika Schraner, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, joined Pod Point as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 9 November 2021. Pod Point is one of the UK's leading providers of electric vehicle charging solutions.

This disclosure is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
