The Company also announces that on the same date, Mr Vetch's wife, Catherine Vetch, sold 1,487 shares in the Company at an average price of 782.25 pence.
Following these transactions, Mr Vetch and his family's total beneficial holding has reduced to 9,002,397 shares, representing 5.72% of the issued share capital of the Company.
