AGM NOTICE

There is a misstatement in the explanatory note to Resolution 18 in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting 2015. Paragraph (b) of Resolution 18 seeks shareholder authority to disapply pre-emption rights in respect of up to 7,907,221 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. This represents 5% of the issued share capital of the Company as at 5 June 2015, rather than 10% as stated in the explanatory note.

ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015 contains an errata on page 80 within the Remuneration Report. 

The percentages in the Long Term Bonus Performance Plan section on page 80 should read:

· Executive Chairman - 377%

· CEO - 496%

· Operations Director - 464%

· Chief Financial Officer - 464%
