The Company reports that following the recent acquisition of 70% of the Company's group parent, Bristol Water Holdings UK Ltd, (formerly Agbar UK Ltd), by Capstone Infrastructure Corporation (CSE) of Toronto, Canada, CSEΒ has filed a prospectus dated 27 October 2011Β with the Canadian securities regulators that includes non-statutory annual accountsΒ of the Company to 31 March 2011 and non-statutory accounts to 30 June 2011 prepared in compliance with IFRS. The Company has not transitioned to IFRS and will continue to apply UK GAAP for statutory reporting purposes.
