LR 9.6.11(2): Directorate Change

The Company announces that John McGuire will be stepping down from the board as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1st April 2014.

The Company wishes to place on record its gratitude for John's considerable and valuable contribution to the board over a period of 10 years both as board member and previous chair of the Company's audit committee.
