The company announces that copies of the 2009 Annual Report, Notice of AGM and the Articles of Association it is proposed to seek member's approval to amend at the forthcoming AGM to be held on Tuesday 7th July 2009 at 12.30 PM are now available for viewing and download via the company's corporate website at www.nbrown.co.uk/.
The remainder of this announcement is made pursuant to the requirements of Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.
The following information is an extract from the company's 2009 Annual Report:
"We confirm that to the best of our knowledge:
a) the group's financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted for use in the European Union, and the company's financial statements, prepared in accordance with UK Accounting Standards, give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, position and profit of the company and group;
b) the management report incorporated into the directors' report includes a fair review of the development and performance of the business and position of the company and the group, together with the principal risk and uncertainties they face."
All other regulated information in the 2009 Annual Report, which is required to be disseminated in unedited full text, has already been released via the announcement of final results made at 07:00 on 28 April 2009 (RNS Number 2529R07).
