BATM Advanced Communications Limited ("BATM" or the "Company")
Dividend Declaration
The board of BATM announced its intention to recommend a final dividend of 0.8 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2010 in its Preliminary Results announcement released earlier today.
If the payment of the final dividend is approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting (date to be announced), the dividend will be paid on 18 July 2011 to all eligible shareholders on the register as at 24 June 2011. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 22 June 2011.
