Further to the appointment of Mrs. Orna Hadassa Pollack (née Kaldi) as a non-executive director of the Group at the Annual General Meeting held on 8 September 2015, the following information in respect of Mrs. Pollack is provided pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
Mrs. Pollack, aged 55, does not currently hold any other directorships and has not done so in the last 5 years. There is no further information required to be disclosed in relation to Mrs. Pollack pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 and Mrs. Pollack does not have any beneficial interest in BATM's ordinary shares.
