Notification of Transaction By Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

On December 18, 2025, Chris Halmy, Vice Chair of Burford's board of directors and non-executive director, used his cash compensation to purchase 5,076 of Burford's ordinary shares of nil par value ("Shares") through the Burford Capital Deferred Compensation Plan.
