RESULT OF EGM
Burford Capital Limited ("Burford Capital" or "Burford" or "the Company"), the world's largest provider of investment capital and risk solutions for litigation, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Extraordinary General Meeting today were approved by shareholders.
Proxy votes were received in respect of 153,922,455 shares in issue, being 75.25% of those shares eligible to vote. The votes received are as follows:

Total Voting Rights
Burford confirms that, following the admission of new ordinary shares this morning, the total number of ordinary shares in issue and the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 208,237,979. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
