Burford Capital Statement Re YPF Matter
Burford Capital Limited ("Burford"), the leading global finance and asset management firm focused on law, announces that the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (the "Second Circuit") has released its decision on Burford's Petersen and Eton Park claims against The Republic of Argentina and YPF.
The decision can be found through the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) system at www.pacer.uscourts.gov or in due course on Burford's website http://investors.burfordcapital.com. A further announcement will be made once the ruling has been fully analyzed.
