BTG plc - Additional Listing

BTG plc (LSE:BTG) announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 550,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. The application is made in respect of 300,000 shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of awards under the BTG plc Executive Share Option Scheme and 250,000 under the BTG Sharesave Scheme. Admission of the new shares will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 31 August 2012. The new shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company.
