Publication of Supplementary Prospectus
Further to the announcement of the Company's results for the six months ended 31 December 2015, the Board of Bluefield Solar Income Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the publication of a Supplementary Prospectus.
A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will soon be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. The Supplementary Prospectus will also shortly be available on the Company's website at www.bluefieldsif.com where further information on the Company can also be found.

About Bluefield Solar Income Fund Limited (BSIF)
BSIF is a Guernsey-registered investment company focusing on large scale agricultural, commercial and industrial solar energy assets. It had an initial public offering of shares on the main market of the London Stock Exchange in July 2013. It has, currently, over 309 million shares in issue.
