Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") and Connected Persons ("PCA")
Bluefield Solar (LON:BSIF), a sterling income fund that invests in UK-based solar assets, received notification that 14,612 Ordinary Shares in the Company have been acquired by the Self-Investment Personal Pension and Individual Savings Account of Mr Giovanni Terranova, a PDMR of the Company. Following the transaction, Mr Terranova's beneficial interest in the Company is 182,568 shares, representing 0.05% of the issued capital of the Company.
