In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), announces that Mr Paul Le Page, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that he has been appointed to the Board of RTW Venture Fund Limited, a company that will be listed on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 30 October 2019.
