Director Declaration

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), announces that Libby Burne, a non-executive director of Bluefield Solar, has informed the Company that she has been appointed to the Board of the Channel Islands Property Fund, a company listed on The International Stock Exchange, with effect from 4 November 2025. There is no further information required to be disclosed in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
