In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), announces that Ms Meriel Lenfestey, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that she was appointed to the Board of Ikigai Ventures Limited, on 01 October 2022. Ikigai Ventures Limited was admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 15 September 2022.

Bluefield Solar is a London listed income fund focused on acquiring and managing renewable energy and storage projects in the UK, to provide long term, growing dividends for its shareholders whilst furthering the decarbonisation of the energy system.
