Director Declaration

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), announces that Chris Waldron, a non-executive director of Bluefield Solar, has been appointed to the Board of the Golden Prospect Precious Metals Limited, a company listed on The International Stock Exchange, with effect from 26 March 2026. There is no further information required to be disclosed in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
