Change to Director Roles and Responsibilities
Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), the London listed UK income fund focused primarily on acquiring and managing solar energy assets, is pleased to announce the establishment of a Remuneration Committee with effect from 17 November 2023. The initial membership of the Remuneration Committee shall be as follows:
Michael Gibbons (Chair), John Scott, Meriel Lenfestey and Elizabeth (Libby) Burne.
There is no further information required to be disclosed in accordance with listing rule 9.6.11.
