Director's Dealings

On 18 March 2011 the Company was notified that Brian Collins, a Director of the Company, today exercised options over 112,500 ordinary shares in Brady at the following exercise prices:

50,000 options at 25p per share

37,500 options at 44p per share

25,000 options at 47p per share

The Company has also been informed that Mr. Collins has today sold 112,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 70 pence per share. Following these transactions, Mr Collins' holding of 850,000 ordinary shares in the Company remains unchanged.
