Director Shareholdings
As part of the Placing announced on 29 November 2010 certain Directors subscribed for ordinary shares in the Company at the Placing Price of 59 pence as follows:

The exercise price of 59 pence per share is the Placing Price for the placing approved at the Company's General Meeting on 21 December 2010. The vesting of the individual share option tranches are subject to the individuals remaining employed with the Company at the relevant vesting dates.
