Share Buy-back
Further to the approval of the proposed grant of authority to buy back shares, as passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2010, Brady announces that on 14 September 2010 it purchased 6,250 Brady plc ordinary shares all at 67.5p.
The shares purchased will be held in treasury, and the total number of ordinary shares held in treasury is 281,250.
Brady's share capital consists of 28,546,432 ordinary shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brady is 28,265,182.
