Trading Statement

Brady, the leading global provider of trading, risk management and settlement solutions to the energy, commodities and recycling sectors is holding its AGM today.

At the AGM, Ian Jenks, Executive Chairman of Brady plc, will make the following statement:

" The Company has made sound progress in the first four months of the year and trading is in line with expectations.

We have finalized our strategy and are continuously adding new "microservices" to our solutions inventory. Microservices built with the Brady framework are now the default development methodology across the Company. This is a result of the functional alignment and integration which has been implemented in the last months and which allows the Company to scale efficiently.

I am particularly pleased to announce the first two deals for the new value enablement team who, in May, i) signed a contract with China Construction Bank Investment (CCBI) Metdist a Category 1 LME trading member and ii) signed a contract with WSFO Limited who will be using our solution to trade on I-SEM (Irish integrated single electricity market). Both contracts have been signed on an annual recurring license model.

The re-structuring of the Group continues and I look forward to providing a further update in the Interim Results."
