AGM Statement
Brady, the leading global provider of trading, risk management and settlement solutions to the energy, commodities and recycling sectors is holding its AGM today.
At the AGM, Paul Fullagar, Chairman of Brady plc, will make the following statement:
"The Group has continued to make progress in the year to date and remains on track to deliver market expectations.
The Energy business unit continues to gain momentum, signing two new deals for its Energy Data Management solution and migrating another strategically important customer to its go forward Energy Trading and Risk Management platform.
The Recycling business unit has installed and recognised revenue from the sale of software to a US recycler at the end of 2014.
The Commodities business unit is continuing with the global installations of the software sold in the previous years.
I look forward to reportingfurther deal flow and business progress as the Group enters the traditionally busy second quarter. We will provide a further update at the interim results."
