Exercise of Options and Director's Dealing
The Company received notice on 16 March 2011 that, on the same day, a number of its employees exercised options over an aggregate 30,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Of these, Andrew Shepherd, an Executive Director of the Company, exercised options over an aggregate 29,000 Ordinary Shares as follows:

Following the above exercise of options, Andrew Shepherd's beneficial interest in the Company is 67,262 Ordinary Shares representing 0.63% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
Pursuant to the above exercise of options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 30,500 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 22 March 2011.
Following this notification, the Company has 10,599,598 Ordinary Shares in issue.
