Director's Shareholding
On 7 November 2022, Ben Thorpe, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, transferred, via sale and purchase, 14,290 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company (the "Shares"). He sold 14,290 Shares at the price of £18.05 per Share from his personal investment account and bought 14,290 Shares at a price of £18.0530 per Share to be held in his personal ISA account
In addition, he also exercised awards over 5,243 shares granted under the 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan as deferred bonus share awards (the "Awards") in 2019, 2020 and 2021 as set out in the table below. Following the exercise, a total of 2,531 Shares were sold to meet the income tax and National Insurance liabilities due as a result of the exercise at a price of £19.172820 per share.

The Company was notified by JTC Employer Solutions Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the EBT holds 595,879 Shares, representing 3.68% of the Company's total voting rights.
