Irrevocable Share Buyback Agreement

Brooks Macdonald Group PLC announces that it has appointed Singer Capital Markets to manage an irrevocable share repurchase programme, ahead of entering into a close period in connection with its full year results for the year ended 30 June 2025 ("FY25 Results"), to be released on 4 September.

The Company has entered into a non-discretionary agreement with Singer Capital Markets pursuant to which Singer Capital Markets will make trading decisions in relation to the Buyback Programme independently of the Company in accordance with certain pre-set parameters, with Singer Capital Markets therefore able to trade during the close period. The agreement will expire on publication of the FY25 Results.
