Director / PDMR Shareholding
On 12 October 2023, Richard Hughes, CEO International, exercised awards over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") granted under the 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") as exceptional awards and deferred bonus share awards in 2020, 2021 and 2022 as set out in the table below. All the resulting Shares were retained.

Also on 12 October 2023, following the vesting of awards granted in September 2020, Robin Eggar, Managing Director, Head of UK Investment Management, received Shares granted under the LTIP as Long Term Incentive Plan awards as set out in the table below. Following vesting, a proportion of the Shares were sold to meet the income tax and National Insurance liabilities due as a result of the maturity as also shown in the table below.

To satisfy the exercise of the awards, 5682 Shares were transferred from the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"). The Company was notified by JTC Employer Solutions Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the EBT holds 521,237 Shares, representing 3.17% of the Company's total voting rights.
