Block Listing Application

Brooks Macdonald Group plc announces that an application has been made to AIM and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for a block admission of 60,000 ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

The Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under The Brooks Macdonald Approved Share Save Scheme, The Brooks Macdonald Company Share Option Plan and The 2018 Brooks Macdonald Long Term Incentive Plan.

Upon exercise the Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares.

It is expected that such admission will become effective on 23 February 2024.
