On 22 December 2023, Robin Eggar, Managing Director, Head of UK Investment Management, exercised awards over 3,515 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") granted under the 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan as deferred bonus share awards (the "Awards") as set out in the table below. Following the exercise, the Shares were sold at the prices shown in the table below.

The Company was notified by JTC Employer Solutions Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the EBT holds 506,156 Shares, representing 3.08% of the Company's total voting rights.
