Award of Options
Braveheart Investment Group plc (BRH), the AIM-listed investment management group specialising in venture capital investments and investment services to business angels, high net worth individuals, family offices and public sector organisations, announces that the directors and staff named below have been awarded the following new options over the Group's Ordinary Shares with a grant date of 25 September ("New Options"):

The exercise price for the New Options is 15.75 pence. The employment based options will become exercisable on the third anniversary of grant, the performance based options will become exercisable on the first anniversary following achievement of the performance conditions.
