Braveheart Investment Group plc13 September 2007 13 September 2007 Braveheart Investment Group plc Appointment of Kenmore Property Group Finance Director as Non-executive Director Braveheart Investment Group plc (AIM: BRH), the technology commercialisation andinvestment management company, today announces that it has appointed Ken Brownas non-executive director with effect from 12 September. Ken Brown, full name John Kenneth Brown, aged 50, has been Finance Director ofKenmore Property Group since 1999, however will be standing down in the coming months. During his time with Kenmore its gross assets grew from £40 million to£1.7 billion and its profits from £1 million to £30 million. He has extensiveexperience of negotiating corporate acquisitions and disposals, structuringjoint venture and property fund arrangements and of arranging both equity anddebt finance. Prior to joining Kenmore he spent 12 years as Group FinanceDirector of two quoted companies. Ken is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
