Voting Rights and Capital
Breedon, in accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, makes the following announcement:
As at the date of this announcement, Breedon has an issued share capital of 647,270,914 ordinary shares of no par value with voting rights. Breedon does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
Accordingly, the total number of Breedon ordinary shares with voting rights is 647,270,914.
The above figure (647,270,914) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Breedon under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
