Burberry Group plc - Treasury Shares Cancellation
Burberry Group plc (the "Company") announces the cancellation of treasury shares in accordance with the provisions of section 729 of the Companies Act 2006.
In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 and DTR 5.6.1, the Company discloses the following information:

Total number of voting rights attributable to ordinary shares in issue following the cancellation: | 427,083,154 |
Following this cancellation, the Company's issued share capital consists of 427,083,154 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence per share. There are no shares held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 427,083,154 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
