Director Declaration
Burberry Group plc (the "Company") announces that Matthew Key, independent Non-executive Director of the Company will be appointed as an independent Non-executive Director of BT Group plc ("BT") with effect from 25 October 2018, and will become a member of BT's Audit & Risk Committee and Nominating & Governance Committee from the same date.
This disclosure is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
