DIRECTOR DECLARATION
Burberry Group plc (the "Company") announces that Antoine de Saint-Affrique, independent Non-Executive Director of the Company has been appointed as a Director of Danone SA with effect from 26 April 2022. Antoine has been Chief Executive Officer of Danone since 15 September 2021.
This disclosure is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14R(2) of the Listing Rules.
