DIRECTOR DECLARATION
Burberry Group plc (the "Company") announces that Debra Lee, independent Non-Executive Director of the Company has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc which began trading on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange on 11 April 2022. Ms Lee resigned as a Non-Executive Director of AT&T, Inc with effect from 8 April 2022.
This disclosure is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14R (2) of the Listing Rules.
