Brammer plc ("the Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

Notifications of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

Name of PDMRs: David Dunn, Ian Robert Fraser & Paul Thwaite

The Company was notified on 31 October 2008 that Mr David Dunn purchased, through his ISA account, 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 130p per share on 31 October 2008. Following this purchase, Mr Dunn now holds an interest in 30,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was notified on 31 October 2008 that Mrs Penelope Fraser (a Connected Person to Mr Fraser) purchased 35,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 130p per share on 31 October 2008. Following this purchase, Mr Fraser and a Connected Person now holds an interest in 647,641 ordinary shares of the Company representing 1.22% of the issued share capital of the Company

The Company was notified on 31 October 2008 that Mr Paul Thwaite and Connected Persons purchased ordinary shares in the Company at 130p per share on 31 October 2008 as follows:

 Paul Thwaite 30,000 shares

Christine Thwaite 20,000 shares

Christopher Thwaite  4,000 shares

Ann-Sophie Thwaite  4,000 shares

Following these purchases, Mr Thwaite and Connected Persons now hold an interest in 431,732 ordinary shares of the Company representing 0.82 % of the issued share capital of the Company
