Brammer plc was today notified by the Trustees of the Brammer plc Employee Share Ownership Trust that on 17 March 2014 the following nil cost options over its ordinary shares of 20p each under the Company's Performance Share Plan vested following the achievement of the appropriate performance targets in relation to the following:

The Performance Share Plan was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting in April 2002 and the Awards were granted in March 2011. The participants are not required to make any payment for the vesting shares which vest on the achievement of specified performance targets. The performance targets were measured over a three year period which commenced on 1 January 2011.
