Disclosure under Rule 2.11(c) of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers

Columbia Threadneedle Investments ("Columbia Threadneedle") provided a non-binding letter of intent to AI Robin Limited ("Bidco") on 22 November 2016 regarding the proposed acquisition of Brammer plc.

In accordance with Rule 2.11(c) of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Columbia Threadneedle announces that following disposals to date it no longer intends to fully comply with this letter of intent in respect of 5,162,079 ordinary shares in Brammer plc, on behalf of its clients.

The non-binding letter of intent issued on 22 November 2016 still applies to 5,160,482 ordinary shares in Brammer plc.
