The Brammer Performance Share Plan 2012 was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on 17 May 2012. The Share Matching Plan was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting in May 2005.
No payment is required for the shares, which shall vest on the achievement of performance targets. The performance targets will be measured over a three year period which commenced on 1 January 2014.
