Name of Director / PDMR or connected persons: Mr Ian Fraser and a person connected to Mr Fraser
The Company was notified on 29th May 2014 that between 22nd and 29th May 2014 Mr Fraser and a person connected to Mr Fraser sold 400,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at an average sale price of 479.46p per share.
Following this transaction Mr Fraser now holds a beneficial interest in 915,151 ordinary shares of 20p each representing 0.7077% of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, Mr Fraser, holds 1,291,587 vested but unexercised nil cost options which if fully exercised, would result in an interest in 2,206,738 ordinary shares of 20p each, representing 1.87% of the current issued share capital of the company.
