Notifications of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons pursuant to DR 3.1.4R
The Company was notified on 15 September 2014 by the Trustees of the Brammer plc Employee Share Ownership Trust that pursuant to the achievement of the appropriate performance targets, nil cost options over 9332 ordinary shares of 20p each under the Company's Performance Share Plan vested to Mr Steven Hodkinson on 12 September 2014.
The Performance Share Plan was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting in April 2002 and the Awards were granted in September 2011. Participants are not required to make any payment for the vesting shares which vest on the achievement of specified performance targets. The performance targets were measured over a three year period which commenced on 1 January 2011.
The Company was also notified on 15 September 2014 that on 15 September 2014 Mr Paul Boughton purchased 7,760 shares of 20p each in the Company at a price of 410p.
Following this transaction, Mr Boughton holds a total interest in the issued share capital of the Company of 23,910 ordinary shares of 20p each representing 0.001% of the issued share capital of the Company.
