Bank Audi SAL- Audi Saradar Group23 April 2008 Announcement by Bank Audi s.a.l. - Audi Saradar Group The Ordinary General Assembly of Shareholders of Bank Audi S.A.L. - Audi SaradarGroup convened on April 23, 2008 and resolved to (i) approve the Bank's accountsfor the year 2007 and (ii) declare a gross distribution of dividends as follows: - To Holders of Series "C" Preferred Shares: USD 2.1875 per share - To Holders of Series "D" Preferred Shares: USD 7.75 per share - To Holders of Common Shares: LBP 3,015 per share As a result of the above, the net payable amounts (after deduction of theapplicable withholding tax at the rate of 5%) are as follows: - To Holders of Series "C" Preferred Shares: USD 2.078125 per share - To Holders of Series "D" Preferred Shares: USD 7.3625 per share - For Holders of Common Shares: LBP 2,864.25 per share Dividends will be paid through Midclear S.A.L. starting May 06, 2008 for theholders of shares as at May 5, 2008 (Record Date), according to the records ofMidclear S.A.L.
