Bank Audi SAL- Audi Saradar Group27 March 2006 Announcement On March 23, 2006 the General Assembly of Shareholders of Bank Audi S.A.L. -Audi Saradar Group convened and approved the Bank accounts for the year 2005. Adistribution gross of 5% tax was approved as follows: - For Holders of Preferred Shares A: USD3 per share - For Holders of Preferred Shares C: USD2.1875 per share - For Holders of Preferred Shares D: USD2 per share - For Holders of Common Shares: LL2261.25 per share Shareholders of record as at March 23, 2006 are entitled to collect therespective amounts through Midclear S.A.L. as from Wednesday March 29, 2006.
